About

Tables Turned is a broadcast technologies and collective music licensing company.

With Audibotâ„¢, an open-source broadcasting device, we empower college and community radio stations to make podcasts of their programming - as well as the permission to do so. We serve as the meeting place for direct licensing agreements negotiated between non-commercial broadcasters and the independent record industry.

And to motivate the record industry to give small webcasters a royalty-rate break, we generate new revenue by creating new markets for the public performance of MP3s. When we help businesses license and broadcast music in retail environments and on business phone systems we essentially subsidize web radio from licensing revenue generated by servicing the business community with new independent music.

We're independently owned and operated and we will remain that way.

What is this?

Tables Turned enables radio stations, music venues, magazines, and other independent media outlets to broadcast their own audio shows. But unlike old media giants, all of our network partners keep control of every aspect of their creations. Corporate involvement is no longer necessary.

Welcome to Tables Turned.
