Web Radio Licensing

Collective Broadcast Licensing

Tables Turned serves as a meeting place for direct licensing agreements between webcasters and music rightsholders who wish to alleviate the unfair royalty rates imposed by the Copyright Royalty Board and collected by SoundExchange.

We are also provide paperwork that allows record labels to grant college radio stations to legally podcast their programming.

The RIAA has lobbied for years to shut down webcasters and preserve corporate radio outlets whose programming they have more direct influence over. With the increase in royalty rates, they may succeed. Unless the independent record industry steps in to rescue them.

If you're a musician or record label that would like to help, contact us about our Play Safe web radio license.

What is this?

Tables Turned enables radio stations, music venues, magazines, and other independent media outlets to broadcast their own audio shows. But unlike old media giants, all of our network partners keep control of every aspect of their creations. Corporate involvement is no longer necessary.

Welcome to Tables Turned.
